About the Internship
As a video editing intern, you will work closely with our content, marketing, and growth teams to create engaging, high-quality videos for social media, ads, training, and student-facing platforms. This role focuses on creative storytelling, visual communication, and brand-building, especially in the AI + Career + EdTech domain.The first 10 days are completely training-oriented, helping you understand our content style, tools, and expectations before taking ownership.
A. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Edit short-form & long-form videos (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, ads)
2. Create engaging career-focused & AI-education content
3. Add captions, transitions, sound effects & basic motion graphics
4. Maintain brand consistency & visual quality
5. Collaborate with content, marketing & growth teams
6. Implement feedback & improve editing quality continuously
7. Assist in video optimization for different platforms
B. 30–60–90 Day Internship Roadmap
1. Days 1–10
a. Understanding brand tone & content strategy
b. Training on editing style & tools
c. Shadowing senior editors & mock edits
2. Days 11–60
a. Assisted editing for reels & videos
b. Regular feedback & improvements
c. Platform-specific editing (Instagram, YouTube, Ads)
3. Days 61–90
a. Independent video editing projects
