About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Supporting recruitment and onboarding:
1. Assisting in the hiring process by posting job descriptions, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
2. Ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires by coordinating documentation and induction activities.
B. Managing HR operations:
1. Helping maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
2. Supporting the drafting of HR policies, offer letters, and formal communications while ensuring compliance with company standards.
C. Driving employee engagement:
1. Contributing to planning and executing team events, employee engagement activities, and culture-building initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
D. Promoting employer branding:
1. Actively engaging on LinkedIn to share Edzy's updates, job postings, and company culture.
2. Assisting in building Edzy's presence as an attractive employer for talent.
E. Assisting in HR communication:
1. Drafting and circulating HR-related updates, notices, and team communications to keep employees informed and aligned.
F. Collaborating with teams:
1. Working closely with founders and team leads to understand manpower requirements.
2. Aligning recruitment priorities and supporting HR-related needs across functions.
G. Learning and development exposure:
1. Gaining hands-on experience in core HR functions, recruitment strategies, and employer branding practices in a fast-paced startup environment.
H. Contributing beyond role:
1. Being open to supporting cross-functional areas such as content marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, or operational tasks that contribute to Edzy's growth.
