About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Sales & Outreach: Make outbound calls (cold/warm), explain products/services, highlight offers, and close sales.
2. Lead Management: Generate new leads and follow up on existing ones to convert them into sales.
3. Customer Service: Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide post-sales support.
4. Account Management: Maintain client satisfaction, manage accounts, and encourage repeat business/renewals.
5. Reporting: Accurately log all call details, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
