About the Internship

At Pawzz, we believe caring for animals starts with caring for people - and we’re looking for a friendly and organized recruiter to help us grow our community of changemakers. This is not about sitting in a rigid HR role - it’s about guiding a passionate team of interns, keeping things running smoothly, and making an impact in the social sector (all while supporting a cause close to your heart!).Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Guide and support a team of interns - help them stay motivated, active, and engaged every day.
2. Keep track of intern activities - update simple records, share reports, and highlight insights to improve performance.
3. Run recruitment end-to-end - from finding new candidates to onboarding them (and offboarding when needed).
4. Boost team morale with fun engagement ideas and personalized strategies.
5. Prepare important documents like offer letters, certificates, and LORs quickly and accurately.
This role is perfect if you love working with people, enjoy leadership, and want your efforts to directly help dogs and animals in need.
