About the Internship
We are looking for a motivated and curious talent acquisition intern who is interested in building a career in recruiting and talent acquisition. This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process and provides an opportunity to learn how hiring functions across healthcare, technology, and data analytics industries.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. · Support the recruitment team with day-to-day activities, including job postings, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and maintaining recruitment records.
2. · Assist recruiters during intake calls and interviews to gain exposure to talent acquisition processes.
3. · Participate in candidate sourcing activities and talent marketing initiatives.
4. · Support employer branding efforts through various recruitment-related activities.
5. · Compile and analyze recruitment data and assist in creating reports, charts, graphs, and presentations related to the hiring process.
