About the Internship
We’re a growing recruitment and advisory firm working closely with clients in the Investment Banking and Capital Markets space. We’re looking for smart, hardworking, and driven HR / recruitment-focused interns who are keen to gain real, hands-on exposure to niche hiring. This role will help you build a strong foundation in research-led recruitment, market mapping, and candidate intelligence. If you’re curious about how IB and capital markets talent is identified, evaluated, and mapped, and you enjoy research, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced startup environment, this role will be a great learning opportunity.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct market mapping for roles across Investment Banking and Capital Markets
2. Research job descriptions, role requirements, and target candidate pools
3. Identify and map relevant candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, databases, job portals, etc.)
4. Support hiring mandates through structured talent research and mapping
5. Assist the team with ongoing recruitment and research tasks
6. Maintain structured Excel trackers and recruitment databases
