About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Plan, create, and manage Instagram and YouTube Ads campaigns across Stories, Carousel, Reels, TrueView, and Bumper formats.
2. Conduct keyword and audience research to ensure campaigns target the most relevant and high-performing demographics.
3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI.
4. Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
5. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad copy and visual assets.
6. Implement and manage tracking pixels and conversion tags to accurately measure campaign performance.
7. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Instagram, YouTube Ads, and digital marketing.
8. Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
9. Manage the allocated budget effectively to maximize returns while minimizing costs.
Required skills and experience:
1. Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a strong focus on Instagram and YouTube Ads.
2. In-depth knowledge of Instagram and YouTube advertising platforms, including Stories, Carousel, Reels, TrueView, and Bumper Ads.
3. Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and YouTube Studio.
4. Proficiency in A/B testing and optimizing ad campaigns for performance.
5. Excellent understanding of PPC strategies, bidding models, and audience optimization.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Instagram and YouTube Ads.
2. Must have managed at least ₹100,000 per month budget with positive ROI.
