About the Internship
The work assigned to candidates will have specific timelines and is expected to be completed accordingly. While the working hours are flexible, meeting deadlines is essential. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about working on dynamic projects and are open to learning new skills.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting online trademark research and preparing trademark availability reports for proposed brand names.
2. Researching relevant trademark case laws and preparing short briefs or summaries to support filings and client opinions.
3. Tracking and summarizing the latest developments and news in Indian and international trademark law.
4. Assisting in the drafting and review of basic legal agreements and contracts related to intellectual property and brand use.
5. Maintaining organized documentation of search reports, research findings, and legal drafts.
6. Collaborating with the team on live client projects, attending brainstorming sessions, and contributing to legal strategies where required.
7. Being proactive in learning trademark procedures, including filing, objection handling, and opposition matters.
