About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting with the drafting of IP protection and patent applications.
2. Collaborating with the founder and creator of the SalesEdge Frameworks to gather information for applications.
3. Securing and obtaining IP for SalesEdge Frameworks like BASHO, VCS, Qd formula, etc.
4. Ensuring compliance with relevant IP laws and regulations.
5. Staying updated on IP laws, regulations, and industry standards.
6. Conducting patent searches to identify prior art and assess patentability.
7. Preparing reports summarising search results and findings.
8. Performing patent landscaping and identifying potential gaps for patent filings.
9. Assisting with other IP-related tasks as needed.
10. Communicating effectively with founder and inventors.
11. Presenting research findings and analysis to stakeholders.
12. Participating in team meetings and discussions.
