Role Overview
BFM Times is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive Intern whose primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and hire quality talent across content, marketing, design, and operations. This role is execution-driven and outcome-focused. Flexible working hours are allowed, but quality hiring is non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates for open roles across the organization
- Screen applications, shortlist relevant profiles, and coordinate interviews
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage incoming applications
- Ensure only serious and high-quality candidates move forward in the hiring process
- Maintain basic hiring records and follow up with candidates until joining
- Work closely with team leads to clearly understand hiring requirements
Working Structure
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: Flexible (outcome-based)
- Mode: Remote
Who Should Apply
- Strong communication and people-assessment skills
- Ability to evaluate candidate quality beyond resumes
- Self-driven, organized, and consistent with follow-ups
- Prior exposure to HR, recruitment, or talent sourcing is a plus (not mandatory)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital media and Web3 environment
Stipend
- ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 per month (based on performance and output)
