About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in recruitment activities: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
2. Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for interview processes
3. Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
4. Support onboarding & offboarding processes
5. Draft and manage HR documents such as: offer letters, internship letters, and experience & relieving letters
6. Assist in performance tracking and feedback collection
7. Support HR policies and compliance documentation
8. Manage day-to-day office administration tasks
9. Maintain records of assets, interns, and team data
10. Coordinate with internal departments for operational needs
11. Handle email communication and internal announcements
12. Working Towards HR related marketing activity
