About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Design Instagram square posts (1:1 ratio) as per ideas, content, and creative direction shared by the team.
2. Create YouTube thumbnails that are visually compelling, clickable, and aligned with brand guidelines.
3. Deliver 2–3 design creatives per week, based on the weekly task allocation.
4. Follow design deadlines of 1–2 days per post, depending on the task priority and complexity.
5. Adapt and resize approved designs for other platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, banners, etc.) when required.
6. Incorporate feedback and revisions shared by the team and make necessary changes within the given timeline.
7. Ensure brand consistency across all designs (colors, fonts, layouts, tone).
8. Coordinate remotely with the team for clarifications, updates, and approvals.
9. Maintain organized design files and share final assets in the required formats.
10. Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion without constant follow-ups.
