About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
2. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively
3. Provide accurate information regarding company services, processes, and policies
4. Record and update customer details, call information, and feedback in the system
5. Escalate complex issues to the concerned department as required
6. Follow communication scripts and compliance guidelines
7. Maintain the confidentiality of customer and company information
8. Meet daily/weekly call targets and service quality benchmarks
9. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
