About the Job
As a Zoho developer at Oben Electric Vehicles Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the electric vehicle industry. We are looking for a skilled individual who is proficient in Deluge, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Books to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:
A. Zoho app development & customization:
1. Build and customize modules in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho apps.
2. Develop Deluge scripts for workflows, automation, validation rules, and functions.
3. Customize UI components, forms, reports, dashboards, and page layouts.
4. Configure and optimize Blueprints, Workflows, Assignment Rules, Webforms, and email templates.
B. Integrations & API work:
1. Integrate Zoho CRM/Creator with internal tools or third-party platforms using: Zoho APIs, REST APIs and Zoho Flow.
2. Automate data flows between apps within the Zoho ecosystem (books, desk, inventory, projects).
C. Maintenance & support:
1. Troubleshoot issues in workflows, scripts, integrations, or user access.
2. Perform periodic system checks and make improvements in performance and efficiency.
3. Manage role-based permissions, user creation, and data security settings.
D. Reporting & data management:
1. Build and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytics for different departments.
2. Ensure data accuracy, deduplication, and proper field mapping.
3. Support teams with data imports, exports, and system audits.
E. Collaboration:
1. Work closely with sales, service, accounts, and operations teams to gather requirements.
2. Assist in translating business needs into technical automation and workflow solutions.
3. Support senior developers and project managers during new deployments or upgrades.
