About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Wealth Relationship Manager to drive our wealth management business with a strong focus on B2B partnerships and HNI/corporate client acquisition. The candidate will play a vital role in expanding the company’s network, managing client relationships, and contributing to overall business growth.Key Responsibilities:
1. B2B Business Development: Acquire and manage channel partners to expand business reach and revenue.
2. Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard HNI and corporate clients for investment portfolio management.
3. Cross-Selling: Promote and sell a wide range of financial products, including health insurance, motor insurance, life insurance, loans, and other investment solutions.
4. Sales Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales, revenue, and business growth targets.
5. Portfolio Support: Assist in handling and monitoring client investment portfolios in coordination with wealth experts.
6. Sales Promotion: Plan, organize, and execute promotional activities to enhance visibility and client engagement.
7. Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term professional networks with partners and clients.
8. MIS & Reporting: Prepare and publish regular business reports, MIS, and performance analysis.
9. Data Analytics: Perform data mining, client profiling, and market segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
10. Operational Support: Carry out other business/official tasks as assigned by management.
Compensation & Benefits
1. Salary Package: ₹2.5LPA – ₹5 LPA (Fixed + Performance-based Incentives).
