About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Manage day-to-day warehouse operations- including stock handling, packaging, and dispatch.
2. Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movement, and order tracking.
3. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
4. Inspect and verify product quality before packaging and dispatch.
5. Manage inward and outward stock flow, ensuring proper documentation.
6. Support the operations manager in optimizing warehouse efficiency and reducing errors.
7. Manage team coordination on the floor and ensure workflow smoothness.
8. Identify and resolve any operational bottlenecks or discrepancies.
