Key responsibilities:1. Manage and organize emails, respond to messages, and flag important items.
2. Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings.
3. Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as requested.
4. Conduct online research and compile data into actionable insights.
5. Maintain and update client records, CRM systems, or spreadsheets.
6. Support social media management (posting, engagement, content scheduling).
7. Assist with travel arrangements and itinerary planning.
8. Handle basic bookkeeping and invoice tracking.
9. Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members.
10. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
