About the Job
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer to plan, shoot, and edit professional video content for digital and social media. The role involves creating customer testimonial videos, guiding customers during shoots, and delivering polished edits optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.Key responsibilities:
1. Plan, shoot, and edit customer feedback/testimonial videos.
2. Prepare and share simple scripts or dialogue briefs with customers before shoots.
3. Guide customers during filming to ensure clarity, confidence, and smooth delivery.
4. Capture high-quality footage at the factory, office, and client sites as required.
5. Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Filmora, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Movavi.
6. Cuts, transitions, subtitles, background music, color correction, and audio cleanup.
7. Optimize videos for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn (ratios, captions, thumbnails).
8. Collaborate with the marketing team for storytelling, branding, and campaign requirements.
9. Maintain a well-organized archive of footage, project files, and backups.
