Key responsibilities:1. Create short-form video ads (Reels, Stories, Shorts) optimized for paid media
2. ● Design static and carousel creatives for Meta & Google ads
3. ● Edit UGC-style videos, product demos, testimonials, and offer creatives
4. ● Adapt creatives based on performance insights (CTR, hook rate, retention)
5. ● Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team for rapid testing
6. ● Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with new ad formats
7. ● Deliver creatives quickly in multiple sizes and formats.
