4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
7. Help to create a positive and supportive work environment by contributing to team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues.
