About the Job
At Mulyankan, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Valuation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable conducting on-site property inspections, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing comprehensive valuation reports.Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Inspection & Data Collection
1. Visit residential, commercial, and industrial properties to collect accurate on-site details such as dimensions, condition, amenities, and surrounding infrastructure.
2. Capture clear photographs, precise measurements, and other relevant property information.
2. Data Entry & Analysis
1. Enter collected property data into internal systems and valuation templates.
2. Analyze property and market data to estimate fair value using standard valuation methodologies.
3. Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and consistent across records.
3. Report Preparation
1. Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations based on field findings and analytical results.
2. Ensure all reports meet company quality standards and comply with regulatory norms.
4. Market Research & Support
1. Research property market trends, comparable sales, and local developments to support valuation assumptions.
2. Provide data-driven insights to aid strategic decision-making.
5. Team Collaboration & Client Communication
1. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of valuation assignments.
2. Communicate professionally with clients to clarify project requirements and present findings effectively.
6. Compliance & Documentation
1. Ensure all valuation activities adhere to company policies and relevant regulatory guidelines.
2. Maintain organized records of field visits, supporting documents, and photographic evidence.
