2. Assist in preparing valuation reports as per company standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Support senior valuers in data analysis, cost estimation, and market value assessments.
4. Maintain proper documentation and record management for each valuation assignment.
5. Liaise with clients, property owners, and local authorities for verification of information.
6. Stay updated with current market trends, construction costs, and valuation practices.
