5. Keyword Crafting: Expertise in crafting keywords based on the job description.
6. Sourcing and Screening: Source and screen candidates' resumes through various methods.
7. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
8. Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks for selected candidates.
9. Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends in the IT industry, including emerging technologies and in-demand skills.
10. Social Media and Job Portals: Knowledgeable about social media platforms and job portals like LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, and Boolean search methods.
11. Candidate Database: Maintain and update candidate databases.
12. Team Coordination: Committed to achieving targets and coordinating with your team.
13. Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor new joiners to help them understand our systems.
