About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Manage 30–50 active openings at a time across various U.S. dental positions (Dentists, Hygienists, Dental Assistants, Front Desk).
2. Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dentipal database, Facebook groups, and dental school alumni lists.
3. Conduct 15-minute screening calls to assess fit, verify credentials, and gauge communication skills.
4. Coordinate license, visa (OPT), and malpractice verification with the credentialing team.
5. Schedule interviews with U.S. hiring managers and assist in offer negotiation within predefined compensation bands.
6. Maintain 95%+ data accuracy in the ATS (Workable) and update candidate records daily.
7. Create and share weekly hiring funnel and performance reports.
8. Achieve or exceed monthly hiring goals:
-Dentists (DDS/DMD)
-Hygienists (RDH)
-Dental Assistants/Front Desk combined
9. Communicate effectively with U.S.-based managers via Zoom, Slack, and email during overlapping hours.
10. Uphold professionalism and data confidentiality while representing Todays Dental Services in all interactions.
