About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Designing and developing detailed travel itineraries that cater to the interests and preferences of solo travelers.
2. Coordinating all aspects of the trips, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and local experiences.
3. Ensuring smooth execution of planned trips, handling any issues that arise, and ensuring travelers have a positive experience.
4. Managing travel groups, facilitating introductions and interactions among group members, and ensuring everyone's needs are met.
5. Providing exceptional customer support to travelers before, during, and after their trips.
6. Researching to identify new travel trends, destinations, and activities that can be incorporated into future travel packages.
7. Gathering feedback from travelers to continually improve and refine travel packages and services.
