About the Job
Key responsibilities:.1Training and Onboarding
•Participate in training sessions to understand HRMSsoftware implementation processes & clientspecific requirements
•Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to get onboarded and learn about ongoing projects
2 Assistance with Implementation
•Work with experienced engineers to configure and customize HRMS software for client needs
•Assist in data migration tasks to ensure smooth transitions from legacy systems to HRMS
3 Support and Issue Resolution
•Provide assistance in addressing client inquiries and resolving any technical issues related to HRMS software
•Collaborate with the support team to ensure clients' needs are met effectively.
4 Documentation:
•Maintain comprehensive records of tasks, configurations, and issues for reference and reporting.
5 Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Participate in testing activities to ensure the HRMS solution functions correctly and efficiently
6 Continuous Learning
•Stay updated on industry trends, HRMS software updates, and best practices to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
•Interest in HRMS and a desire to learn and grow in this field.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
•Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
•Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and tools.
