About the Job
Key Responsibilities:Corporate Relationship & Engagement:
1. Assist in building, managing, and nurturing long-term relationships with HR teams and corporate recruiters.
2. Understand hiring requirements and align them with the profiles of our upskilled learners (Tech, Non-Tech, Digital, etc.).
Stakeholder Management:
1. Learners: Guide learners through the entire placement lifecycle.
2. Corporate Partners: Maintain regular communication, share relevant profiles, and fulfil hiring expectations.
3. Internal Teams: Coordinate with training, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth placement workflows.
Coordination & Operations:
1. Schedule interviews, assessments, company visits, and onboarding formalities.
2. Maintain updated trackers, CRM/MIS records, and placement dashboards.
3. Ensure smooth communication flow between all stakeholders.
Performance & Outcomes:
1. Work actively toward monthly placement and corporate acquisition targets.
2. Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned corporate accounts.
