Key Responsibilities:1. Handling customer inquiries and providing travel solutions (flights, hotels, holiday packages, etc.).
2. Making reservations, issuing tickets, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds.
3. Assisting customers with itinerary planning and travel documentation.
4. Providing accurate information on fares, schedules, policies, and regulations.
5. Managing customer queries via calls, emails, or chats.
6. Coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other vendors for smooth booking.
7. Ensuring excellent customer service and high customer satisfaction.
