About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Inbound & outbound calls:
1. Handle incoming leads from Indiamart, Justdial, WhatsApp, website, and referrals.
2. Make outbound calls to new prospects and existing clients for follow-ups, cross-selling, and re-engagement.
3. Ensure prompt response to missed calls, inquiries, and call-backs.
B. Lead management & CRM:
1. Capture, update, and maintain accurate customer data in CRM/Google Sheets.
2. Categorize leads (new, qualified, follow-up, closed, lost) and update status regularly.
3. Assign qualified leads to Sales/Business Development Executives for closure.
C. Customer communication:
1. Explain company offerings: 3D printers, 3D printing services, filaments, resins, and accessories.
2. Share catalogs, quotations, and WhatsApp/email templates with prospects.
3. Resolve basic queries, escalate technical or detailed inquiries to the sales/technical team.
D. Follow-ups & nurturing:
1. Follow up on proposals, quotations, and open deals until closure.
2. Re-engage old customers and inactive leads with product updates and offers.
3. Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
E. Coordination & support:
1. Work closely with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads.
2. Coordinate with operations/logistics for order updates to customers.
3. Maintain call records, daily reports, and weekly performance summaries.
