About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to prospective leads and pitch suitable insurance products
2. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance plans
3. Maintain high levels of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries
4. Follow up with interested customers and ensure conversion
5. Meet sales targets and adhere to compliance guidelines
Work schedule:
1. Work in rotational shifts
2. Female employees: Day shift (up to 8 PM)
3. Male employees: Rotational shift
4. Work 6 days a week
