About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote and sell products/services.
2. Convert leads and inquiries into sales by following scripts & pitches as needed
3. Accurately record and process customer orders, information, and feedback.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to encourage repeat business to Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services
5. Address customer questions and resolve complaints in a professional manner
6. Consistently achieve assigned sales and call targets of self/team
