Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
2. Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and rapport building.
3. Maintain a pipeline of prospects for follow‑up.
Sales Conversion
1. Present product features, benefits, and pricing persuasively over the phone.
2. Handle objections and negotiate to close sales.
3. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
4. Customer Relationship Management
5. Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
6. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries promptly.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Team Collaboration
1. Coordinate with field sales teams for follow‑ups and appointments.
2. Work closely with marketing to align messaging and promotions.
3. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

1. Maintain courtesy, confidence, and professionalism during calls.
2. Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical practices.
