About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Doing cold calls to new, fresh leads to generate sales opportunities. Initiate outbound calls to existing clients to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
2. Engage clients in conversations to understand their current and future projects or RERA compliance requirements. Effectively cross-sell or upsell relevant consultancy services (e.g., new project registration, compliance audits, corrections & extensions, etc.).
3. Maintain in-depth knowledge of all the company services and current real estate market trends to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
4. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and connect call targets (KPIs) through effective communication, negotiation skills & time management skills.
5. Conduct consistent and timely follow-up calls to interested clients to nurture leads, provide additional information, and facilitate the sales process & ensure conversions.
6. Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, and coordinate with other departments (e.g., legal, compliance team) when necessary to resolve complex issues.
7. Accurately update and maintain detailed records of all client interactions, conversations, requirements, and sales activities within the CRM system.
8. Gather feedback from clients on services and market trends, and share insights with the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
