About the Job
Key responsibilities:Shape - U Clinic is looking for a sales coordinator/telecaller.
Timing: 11 pm to 8 pm (no part-time)
Females only shall apply.
1 Week off during weekdays.
Fresher/experienced with good communication skills can apply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answering phones & explaining the treatment and services offered by the clinic
2. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
3. Asking questions to the customers and understanding their specifications and requirement.
4. Doing follow-up calls and booking appointments in professional manner.
5. Maintaining the database of the customers in CRM on a regular basis.
6. Daily update of calls done, WhatsApp marketing.
7. Appropriately conduct WhatsApp marketing to all the customers.
8. No field work, no part-time, no work from home.
