About the Job
As a Telecaller at Audi Mumbai West (The Gautam Modi Group), you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our luxury brand. With your knowledge of MS-Excel and proficiency in written and spoken English, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with customers over the phone to address inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up on sales leads.Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and schedule test drives.
2. Handle inbound calls from customers to address their queries and provide information on our products and services.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in MS-Excel for future reference.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
5. Follow up with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues they may have.
6. Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation, appointment scheduling, and customer satisfaction.
7. Continuously improve your communication skills and product knowledge to better serve our customers and represent the Audi brand with excellence.
