About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about
products or services.
2. Handle inbound calls and address customer queries in a professional manner.
3. Maintain records of calls and sales using CRM or Excel.
4. Follow up on leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into customers.
5. Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead management and reporting.
6. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
