Key responsibilities:1. Call candidates who have enquired about courses and provide timely follow-up.
2. Clearly explain course details – content, duration, schedule, fees, and mode (online/offline).
3. Ask questions to understand the candidate’s background, goals, and course requirements.
4. Speak politely, confidently, and professionally in all conversations.
5. Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and candidate interest in CRM or Excel.
6. Share brochures, schedules, and payment info after the call if the candidate is interested.
7. Motivate and persuade interested candidates to join the course.
8. Call leads from promotional activities like workshops, ads, and social media campaigns.
