The role is perfect for candidates with 1+ years of experience who have strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company and its products.
2. Identify sales opportunities and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
3. Clearly explain product features, benefits, and applications to customers.
4. Maintain a database of customer information, call logs, and follow-up details.
5. Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
6. Follow up with interested leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
7. Achieve daily/weekly call and lead-generation targets.
8. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth lead handover.
