About the Job
As a Telecaller at QodeMatrix Tech Solutions Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in our team by reaching out to potential clients and providing them with information about our products and services. Your proficiency in MS-Excel will help you maintain accurate records of all calls and follow-ups. Fluency in both Hindi and English will enable you to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds. Your excellent communication skills will help you build rapport with clients and address any concerns they may have. Your strong time management abilities will ensure that you meet all targets and deadlines set by the company.Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our products and services.
2. Maintain accurate records of all calls and follow-ups using MS-Excel.
3. Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication in Hindi and English.
4. Address any client concerns or queries in a timely and professional manner.
5. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and increase sales.
7. Provide feedback to the management team on customer interactions and market trends.
