We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Telecaller Sales Executive to join our sales team. The main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to potential customers as well as existing customers. As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely.Key responsibilities:
1. Generate leads and identify potential customers in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
2. Explain solar solutions to clients, including technical and financial benefits.
3. Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and relevant documentation.
4. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
5. Stay updated with market trends, government policies, and competitors in the solar energy sector.
6. Achieve sales targets.
7. Maintain customer records and database.
