About the Job

We are looking for energetic and passionate Sales Executives cum Telecallers who can connect with students preparing for SSC, RRB, Bank, NDA, Police, PET, and other competitive exams — helping them move from free to premium paid users through meaningful conversations and guidance.
This is not just a calling job — it’s about impacting lives, building trust, and growing along with India’s next generation of achievers.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Student Engagement & Conversion
1. Contact prospective learners through inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
2. Explain Gargi AI’s products, courses, and subscription benefits tailored to specific exam categories.
3. Convert free users into paid subscribers by clearly communicating features, offers, and learning outcomes.
4. Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure effective lead nurturing and conversions.

B. Telecalling & Lead Management
1. Handle inquiries generated through digital campaigns, social media, and website leads.
2. Maintain accurate and updated lead data in CRM systems.
3. Ensure timely updates on call status, follow-ups, and conversion progress.
4. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.

C. Customer Relationship & Retention
1. Build long-term relationships with enrolled students to ensure satisfaction and retention.
2. Gather and share student feedback to help improve courses and services.
3. Address student concerns promptly and ensure a smooth onboarding process to paid programs.

D. Collaboration & Strategy
1. Work with marketing and academic teams to align communication with the brand’s voice and objectives.
2. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming discussions to improve call scripts and conversion strategies.
3. Share insights on student behavior, feedback, and objections to enhance the overall sales process.

Performance Metrics (KPIs):
1. Number of calls made and conversions achieved.
2. Free-to-play user conversion rate.
3. Quality of communication and customer satisfaction.
4. Daily and monthly revenue targets achieved.

Work Environment & Culture:
1. Location: Lucknow (On-site)
2. Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (6 days/week)

Compensation & Benefits:
1. Salary Range: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
