About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote various educational programs, workshops, and courses.
2. Counsel and guide students on course details, eligibility, admission process, and career opportunities.
3. Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to nurture interest and convert them into confirmed admissions.
4. Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and conversions in the CRM system.
5. Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to schedule counselling sessions, webinars, or campus visits.
6. Achieve daily and monthly call, follow-up, and admission conversion targets.
7. Handle incoming calls, answer queries, and ensure a professional and helpful communication experience.
