About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
2. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
3. Generate and qualify leads to support the sales team.
4. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while speaking with customers.
5. Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and convincingly.
6. Follow up on interested customers and maintain regular contact until conversion.
7. Record details of calls, feedback, and customer interactions in the CRM system or database.
8. Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly calling and sales targets.
9. Manage customer data confidentially and ensure accuracy in all records.
10. Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the concerned department when necessary.
11. Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
12. Stay updated on company products, offers, and promotional campaigns.
13. Coordinate with sales, marketing, or support teams for smooth customer handling.
14. Prepare and submit regular performance and call activity reports.
15. Maintain call quality standards and follow company communication scripts and policies.
