About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Lead generation & calling:
1. Make outbound calls to potential
2. Identify interested customers and generate qualified leads
3. Schedule meetings/site visits for the field sales team
4. Maintain proper follow-up with prospects to convert inquiries
B. Customer handling:
1. Understand customer needs and provide accurate product information
2. Explain pricing, offers, subsidies, net metering, and project benefits
3. Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally
4. Maintain good communication and build relationships with customers
C. Reporting & coordination:
1. Maintain call logs, lead status, and customer data in Excel or CRM
2. Prepare daily/weekly calling & lead conversion reports
3. Coordinate with the sales and technical team for proposals and site visits
4. Support in sharing quotations, documents, or basic information
