Key responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
2. Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
3. Generate leads and qualify interested prospects
4. Follow up with warm leads and maintain proper call timing
5. Handle customer queries politely and professionally
6. Convince customers to show interest, book appointments, or make a purchase
7. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel
8. Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets
9. Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover
10. Maintain a positive attitude and professional communication at all times
