Job description:
We are urgently hiring Customer Care Executives for a reputed organization in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tamil or Kannada and have prior experience in customer service or call handling.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist customers effectively.
2. Provide accurate information about products or services.
3. Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
4. Maintain customer records and update databases.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Requirements:
Fluency in Tamil or Kannada (Knowledge of English/Hindi is an added advantage).
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
