Key responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers to promote products or services.
2. Explain offerings clearly, handle objections, and maintain a positive relationship with clients.
3. Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
4. Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead conversions and updates.
5. Achieve daily and weekly calling targets while maintaining call quality standards.
