In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, building strong relationships, and promoting our products and services.Key responsibilities:
1. Communicate effectively with customers in English, Hindi, and Telugu to understand their requirements and provide accurate information.
2. Utilize MS-Excel and MS-Office to maintain customer databases, track sales leads, and generate reports.
3. Make outbound calls to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
4. Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions customers may have professionally.
5. Meet or exceed sales targets by converting leads into customers and upselling additional products or services.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up actions and ensure a smooth customer experience.
7. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques to continuously improve performance.
