About the Job
As a Telecaller at Mushin Innovation Labs Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by reaching out to potential clients over the phone. Your proficiency in MS-Excel, English (spoken and written), and Hindi (spoken) will be put to good use to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and customer information in MS-Excel.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and track progress towards sales targets.
5. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
6. Participate in sales training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of our products and services.
7. Meet daily and weekly call targets to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
