About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients.
2. Generate and qualify new business leads.
3. Maintain daily call logs and lead reports.
4. Update CRM or lead tracker regularly with accurate data.
5. Follow up with potential clients for quotations and conversions.
6. Coordinate with the sales team for meetings and deal closures.
7. Provide daily progress updates over Zoom.
8. Attend weekly in-person strategy meetings.
9. Understand Trainingo Global Logistics services and explain them clearly to prospects.
10. Assist in campaign execution and lead nurturing activities.
11. Manage customer queries professionally and efficiently.
12. Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
13. Maintain a positive and energetic approach during calls.
14. Ensure accurate data entry and timely reporting.
15. Support marketing initiatives with feedback from prospects.
16. Contribute ideas for improving call scripts and lead generation efficiency.
